1) Promoting yourself first, and it’s important that you do it in a unique way too. Remember that you are what separates your business from all the others out there. Give your prospects a reason to pick you over all the other people they come across while surfing the web. Regurgitating what your upline is saying is exactly what not to do here.
Productive prospects, the ones you really want on your team. They are actively searching for a sponsor/team they feel comfortable working with and that will be beneficial to their success. You can show them that you and your team have what it takes by positioning yourselves as a leaders willing and able to help them succeed.
Promoting yourself first is quite simple. Often it’s so simple people confuse it with being a complex process. In reality it can be as simple as having a blog that show your prospect who you are and what your doing and what you can do for them too. Share photos of yourself and team. Let your prospect see who you are as a person. It gives more meaning to the entire relationship building process. The prospect will begin to feel comfortable with who you are and will be more willing to contact you.
Break the mold. Put some creativity into your business. You will be doing yourself and your prospects a huge favor.
2) Don’t think of an online mlm business as some magical push button system that will effortlessly put hundreds of people in your downline overnight.
Your Online MLM Business is a tool that will help you leverage your time and energy in finding quality prospects. It’s not a push button system to success. It wont make you wealthy over night. But it will provide you will a steady flow in interested prospect wanting to know more about your opportunity.
I know as well as I’m sure you do, spending hours on the phone each day can easily bring your excitement about building an mlm business to a screeching halt. But on the other hand having action oriented prospects calling you several times a day will only add fuel to your burning fire.
Imagine if you were contacted by prospects that were truly interested in your opportunity on a daily basis. Where do you think your business would be in a year or so? See… when you be come the hunted vs. the hunter your business develops naturally and it’s more enjoyable too!
You can easily set yourself up for such success just as many Online MLM Business owners have. It doesn’t take a computer science degree or even online marketing experience.
3) The leads you create from your online mlm business should pay you!
On of the biggest advantages of having an online mlm business is getting free leads or even the having ability of turning your lead expense in to an income stream.
You can do so my selling information on your opportunity or products. The information must be ok to sale and be directly related to your products or opportunity.
An information product can consist of an ebook, DVD, CD, online videos or anything else you could think of. What we are doing here is making sure the prospect is 100% serious about looking into your opportunity. If she/he is willing to take out their credit card they most likely are not the “Well I just looking” type of prospect.
